Loyaltty is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you full control over your personal information. This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and provides a simple way to submit your “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request.

Loyaltty does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. However, California law requires companies to provide a dedicated opt-out page, which we offer below.

1. Your Privacy Rights Under California Law

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  1. Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

    You can direct Loyaltty not to sell or share your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

  2. Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

    You may request that Loyaltty restricts the use of sensitive data (such as phone numbers used for communication preferences) to only what is necessary to provide the service.

  3. Request Access, Deletion, or Correction

    You may also request:

    • Access to the personal information we hold about you
    • Deletion of your data
    • Correction of inaccurate information

    To submit any of these requests, follow the steps below.

2. Loyaltty Does Not Sell Personal Information

Loyaltty does not sell personal information to third parties.

We do not share customer information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Specifically:

  • We do not sell merchant customer lists
  • We do not sell customer phone numbers or email addresses
  • We do not use customer data for third-party advertising models
  • We act solely as a Service Provider on behalf of the merchant

Loyaltty processes customer data only for the purpose of delivering our platform's services, such as loyalty programs, digital deals, SMS/Email/WhatsApp messaging, and analytics.

This is consistent with CPRA definitions of a “Service Provider” and “Processor.”

3. How Loyaltty Uses Personal Information

We use personal information only to:

  • Deliver automated messages on behalf of businesses
  • Manage loyalty rewards, points, and redemptions
  • Provide analytics to merchants
  • Offer customer support
  • Maintain account security and fraud prevention
  • Improve the platform experience
  • Comply with laws and regulations

We do not use personal information for any unrelated or unauthorized purposes.

4. Submitting a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” Request

You may submit your request through any of the methods below:

  1. Online Request Form (Recommended)

    Open the online opt-out request form

    This form allows you to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and control how your data is used.

  2. Email Request

    Send an email to: support@loyaltty.com

    Subject: “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

    Include:

    • Full name
    • Email address or phone number associated with your Loyaltty interactions
    • Type of request (opt-out, deletion, access, correction, limitation of sensitive data)

    We may ask for information to verify your identity before completing your request.

5. Verification Process

To protect your data, we must verify your identity before processing opt-out or deletion requests.

This verification may include:

  • Confirming your email or phone number
  • Checking recent interactions with a Loyaltty business
  • Cross-referencing stored loyalty or contact records

We will never require you to create an account to submit a request.

6. Authorized Agents

If you choose to use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require:

  • Proof of authorization (signed permission or legal documentation)
  • Direct verification of your identity

This is required by CPRA to prevent unauthorized data access.

7. Non-Discrimination Policy

Loyaltty will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

This means we will not:

  • Deny service
  • Offer different pricing
  • Provide reduced functionality

Your rights will not affect the services provided by businesses using Loyaltty.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Loyaltty does not use cookies for selling or sharing personal information.

We may use limited cookies for:

  • Platform functionality
  • Security
  • Session management
  • Analytics (non-personal, aggregated)
